NATURE ROOM
This Nature Room is a Hotel Room design for Humber College's institute of technology building. This rooms purpose was to provide guests visiting on business to relax, do some work, and prepare for meetings.
To the left is the hotel room floor plan. When entering the space there is a luggage bench and shirt rack, right next to the steamer. Across from the desk is a coffee bar area to allow the guest to make coffee whenever they please and enjoy it looking out the window and enjoying the view.
This 3D perspective showcases the custom headboard and office desk. The desk is simple but adds character to the space with the black framing. The floating shelves compliment the floating nightstands.
INSPIRED BY ART
For this Hotel Room we were inspired by nature. Specifically this art piece created by Susan Gosevitz. The thin vertical tree branches inspired the vertical wooden headboard. As well as the warmth in the art piece was carried throughout the space.
